The Protocol - Training

The PROTOCOL is a 12-week body transformation programme built on strength training, high-intensity workouts, aerobic conditioning, and functional bodybuilding. Each element plays a specific role in building lean muscle, reducing body fat, improving posture and bone density, and enhancing overall fitness. The programme consists of 4 training sessions per week and includes strength cycles, percentage-based training, two test weeks, structured workouts, and finishers. A training tracker is provided to help you log sessions, measure key metrics, and monitor progress over time. The programme is delivered through PDF guides and curated videos. Gym access is the only requirement.
